What that means day to day
- One owner account holds everything; store logins and staff accounts sit under it.
- A staff member can be limited to billing alone, and only for their own store.
- Blocking a staff member or a store removes their access immediately, on every device.
- Logging out ends the session everywhere, not just on that browser.
- Important changes are recorded in the activity log: who, what and when.
- Stock changes keep their own history, with the reason for every adjustment.

Security questions owners ask
Can another business see my data?
No. Every request is checked on the server against the business that owns the data. There is no screen, report or link that shows one business another's records.
What can my staff see?
Only their own store, and only the permissions you give them. You can change a staff member's permissions at any time, and block them instantly.
How are passwords stored?
Encrypted with bcrypt. Nobody, including us, can read your password. If it is forgotten, it is reset, not recovered.
Do you store card details?
No. Payments go through Razorpay. We receive only confirmation of the payment, never your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking password.
What happens to my data if my plan ends?
It is kept, not deleted. Renew and you continue where you left off. You can also ask us to delete your account and data entirely.
